1. About NestifyCraft and these terms

NestifyCraft publishes and licenses educational resources, organizational systems, and professional office stationery at https://nestifycraft.com. Contact us at support@nestifycraft.com for product, license, or order support.

These terms cover the digital bundles listed in our store and the starter pack. Separate marketplace listings, software licenses, and in-person workshop bookings have their own stated terms. Nothing here reduces rights attached to a previous purchase.

By ordering, you accept the product description, the license supplied with that product, and these terms. Purchasers must be adults able to enter into a contract, or act with authorization from their organization.

2. Digital products and hosted checkout

Store bundles are downloadable files, not physical goods, subscriptions, personalized advice, or booked professional services. Read the contents list, license, file formats, and software requirements displayed before purchase. A product marked “coming soon” cannot be ordered.

Current Buy on Etsy links open the matching NestifyCraftWorld marketplace listing. Etsy confirms its own price, currency, promotions, taxes, delivery, and order terms. ETSYVIP25 (25%), WELCOME20 (20%), and KDPREADER20 (20%) are Etsy promo codes for eligible orders in our shop. An active selected code is included in Buy on Etsy links. Etsy applies the best eligible price discount; coupon and sale discounts do not stack. Gumroad is the primary checkout for bundles with a verified Gumroad product link. It acts as Merchant of Record, provides a receipt, and makes the digital files available through the buyer’s Gumroad receipt or Library after payment. A secondary Etsy link remains available for those bundles; Etsy is the purchase route for bundles currently offered only there. Other hosted providers may be used if explicitly shown for a product. The checkout identifies the contractual seller and its terms. When the provider acts as Merchant of Record, it handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, and payment-related refunds under its buyer terms. The precise role depends on the provider and checkout arrangement; Stripe may be an underlying payment processor.

The final payable amount, currency, and applicable taxes appear before you confirm payment. Gumroad base prices on this website are in EUR. The Gumroad checkout may offer a buyer-selected currency conversion and confirms the final currency, applicable taxes, and total before payment. Etsy sets its own listing price and currency; website VIP estimates are not an Etsy price quote. All bundles are one-time purchases unless explicitly stated otherwise before ordering. 3. Product licenses

You purchase a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the supplied files. Copyright ownership is not transferred. Your product’s contents list and included license identify the permitted use.

Personal Use License

Use, print, and adapt the resources for yourself and your household, including your own home learning. Do not share the source files with other households, publish them online, sell copies, or distribute them in a paid practice or workshop. Classroom-wide, school-wide, and organization-wide distribution requires an express license.

Professional Office Use License

Products expressly carrying this license may be customized and used within one purchasing practice or business for its own administration and direct client onboarding. Staff of that business may use the templates in that workflow, and clients may receive relevant onboarding documents to complete. This does not authorize distributing a reusable template library, selling standalone templates, or sharing worksheet collections with clients or workshop participants.

Commercial Practice License / Commercial Office Use License

The Commercial Practice License Vault permits one purchasing practice or business, and staff working for it, to print its included worksheets for its own clients and workshop participants, including during paid sessions. Participants may retain their printed copies. This is a print-use license, not permission to share editable source files or operate a resale business.

No license permits resale of the files or printables as standalone products, public uploads, digital redistribution, sublicensing, private label rights (PLR), or master resell rights (MRR). Contact support for additional business locations or wider school and organizational use.

Free starter pack

The starter pack is for personal and household use, with internal office use additionally allowed for its five practice templates. It does not include the Vault’s commercial worksheet distribution rights. A free download does not require marketing consent.

4. Copyright and responsible use

NestifyCraft and its licensors retain the rights to the original text, artwork, layouts, and files. Do not remove copyright notices or present the underlying collection as your own product. You may add your business details to editable office templates where the license permits.

You are responsible for checking local recordkeeping, privacy, contract, safeguarding, and professional requirements before using a template. Service agreement examples are administrative starting points, not legal advice. Keep completed client documents in your own secure systems; do not send confidential client information to NestifyCraft.

Children’s resources are intended for adults to select and supervise. Choose age-appropriate activities, check the location and materials, and adapt outdoor activities to local conditions.

5. Support, rights, and changes

For access problems, licensing questions, or complaints, email support@nestifycraft.com. Include the product name and, if applicable, your order reference. Our refund policy explains remedies for missing, damaged, or incorrectly described files.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory refund rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain the protections and legal remedies available under the mandatory laws of their place of residence. Payment-provider terms cannot remove those rights.

Changes to these terms apply to future purchases from the date shown above. The description and license accepted with an existing order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it.
